Situated on the banks of the Ngwenya channel, a mere 3 kilometers from sister camp, Anabezi, is the rustic and charming Amanzi Camp. The name “Amanzi”, meaning “water” in the Indebele language, draws its inspiration from the site’s intimate position on the Zambezi.
Overlooking a mosaic of islands that are home to a herd of elephant bulls, you’ll have nothing less than viewing pleasure from the teak sun deck and pool on the water’s edge.
You are assured of a very private game viewing experience in this part of the park, rarely seeing other vehicles on game drives. With only 4 rooms and a maximum of 8 guests, your experience here will be very personal with the Amanzi team of staff taking care of your every need and request.
